ST. LOUIS (KFVS) -

The Missouri State basketball team eliminated Southern Illinois Thursday night 61-53 in the Missouri Valley Conference Tournament.

Marcus Marshall scored 18 points for the seventh-seeded Bears who will face No. 2 Wichita State on Friday.

Desmar Jackson and Anthony Beane Jr. scored 12 points each for the 10th-seeded Salukis who finish the year 14-17.
