WHITE COUNTY, IL (KFVS) -

A Harrisburg woman was injured in a rollover crash on Tuesday night in White County, Illinois.

State police say shortly before 10:40 p.m. Tuesday, Rachel L. Evans, Age 19, of Harrisburg, was driving her SUV south on US Route 45.

According to crash reports, she was distracted and ran the SUV off the roadway to the right around 150 feet north of White County Road 400 N.

Evans over-corrected the SUV, causing it to rotate 180 degrees and again leave the road before going down an embankment and over-turning.

White County Ambulance Service took her to Ferrell Hospital in Eldorado for treatment of minor injuries.

Evans was wearing a seat belt at the time of the crash.

Evans was cited for improper lane usage.
