CAIRO, IL (KFVS) -

Search crews are still on the lookout for a missing woman around Cairo, Illinois.

Alexander County Emergency Management Director Jerry Held says crews are looking for 55-year-old Sandra Farris.

Family members say Farris went missing Thursday afternoon after she went for a walk between 12:30 and 12:45 p.m.

"I was looking at facebook and she walked out the door saying she was going for walk," Shelly Pearman, a niece of Farris, said. "That was the last time I saw her."

Farris is described as 5'6" and 136 pounds with brown hair and green eyes.

"You are always looking," Donna Pearman, a sister of Farris said. "Who took her? Why? What's going on here."

She was last seen wearing a white Hollister hoodie with gold letters and blue jeans.

Held says Farris last seen on 27th and Park Ave. in Cairo on Thursday around 2 p.m.

"She's sweet, very caring, quiet, funny. Just a great person," Shelly Pearman said. "We love her and we miss her."

Crews on four-wheelers searched 22 miles on Saturday. Those searching were made up of volunteers, Cairo Fire Department firefighters and emergency management teams.

If you know of Farris' whereabouts, please contact police at (618) 734-2131.

Farris' twin brother, Kenny, went missing 2 years ago. Family members say this brings back those feeling.
