The following storm reports are from the National Weather Service in Paducah, Kentucky on Wednesday:

9:28pm- Large tree uprooted north of Zalma, Mo.

9:05pm- Damage to deck railing on a house. Heavy grill blown across deck in Fisk, Mo.

9pm- West of Bloomfield, Mo.: Late report. Wind damage to home. Windows blown out. Tree snapped in half. Well housing damaged. Second home had half of roof with damage. Hood blown off of vehicle.

8:53pm- Trees down along Highway 21 near Hwy. CC. Some structural damage reported, but extent is unknown at this time. North of Poynor in Ripley Co., Mo.

8:53pm- 60 mph winds in Poplar Bluff, Mo.

8:35pm- Several tree branches down east of Doniphan along Hwy. 160.

8:15pm- Brightong, Ill.: 6-foot tall spruce tree uprooted and a few shingles blown off nearby house.

8:06pm- In Ripley Co.: Approx. 100-200 trees blown in different directions. 12-inch diameter cedar tree broken off and moved. 1 barn destroyed with debris blown up into trees. Three vehicles damaged in barn. Home sustained shingle damage and other minor damage. Damage may be from a possible tornado, to be assessed on Thurs.

5:20pm- Report of power outages in Doniphan, Mo.

5:05pm- Delayed report. Rotating wall cloud with funnel cloud observed crossing the Dix Texico Road in Jefferson Co., Ill.

4:56pm- A funnel cloud was spotted five miles N of Woodlawn, IL

4:50pm- 1.75 inch hail reported three miles SW of Dix, IL

4:45pm- 1.50 inch hail causes vinyl siding to home in Dix, IL

4:22pm- 1 inch hail causes minor damage to vinyl siding and screens on a house in a Dix, IL 

4:16pm - A funnel cloud was spotted by a trained spotter three miles SW of Waltonville, IL
