2 dead after ATV crash overnight in Ripley County

RIPLEY COUNTY, MO (KFVS) -

A Doniphan man and woman were killed after a ATV crash shortly after midnight.

It happened around 12 a.m. Sunday on US 160, 15 miles west of Doniphan, Missouri.

According to Missouri Highway Patrol, Gregory J. Ormsby and Stacey L. Ormsby, both 32 of Doniphan, were killed in the wreck.

Troopers say the ATV ran off the road, hit a tree and overturned, throwing the couple from the vehicle.

They were taken by EMS to Poplar Bluff and Ripley County hospitals where they later died from their injuries.
