A Paducah, Kentucky woman is facing burglary charges out of Graves County.

On Thursday at around 5 p.m., Kentucky State Police was contacted by Joseph Nichols who said his home on KY 1684 in Graves County had been burglarized and several items were missing.

After an initial investigation by Kentucky State Police, troopers were led to a home on Florida Street in Paducah where Haley Boggs and Richard Middleton were found.

While conducting an interview with Boggs, a trooper noticed several of the items that were reported missing throughout the home in plain view.

After the interview, troopers were able to get a search warrant for the home. As troopers pulled back into the driveway to serve the search warrant,  they say Middleton fled out the back door on foot. He has not been found.

Haley Boggs, age 22 of Paducah, was  charged with receiving stolen property under $10,000 (class D felony), possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. Charges are currently pending on Richard Middleton, 32, of Paducah.

After conducting a search of the home, an outbuilding and a vehicle, all of the items reported stolen were found and returned to the victim.
