3 facing charges after armed robbery in Murray

MURRAY, KY (KFVS) -

Three people are facing charges after armed robbery in Murray on Friday.

According to Sgt. David Howe with Murray Police,  officers responded to the Magnolia Inn on south 12th Street in Murray after an employee said that a man confronted him with a gun and demanded money.

The man fled the scene on foot and then fled in a car. Officers say others were seen in the car, as well.

Thirty-5-year-old Marcellous Foster and 25-year-old Jacqueline Reed of Murray were charged with first degree robbery.

A warrant was filed for 27-year-old Johnny Grinstead of Murray.

Officers say around 10:30 a.m. Saturday, Grinstead was found in Murray and charged with first degree robbery.

All 3 suspects were taken to the Calloway County Jail
