Gas station robbed overnight by gunman

REIDLAND, KY (KFVS) -

The McCracken County Sheriff's Office is investigating an overnight gas station armed robbery.

It happened Sunday morning around 1:10 a.m. at the Hucks store in Reidland, Kentucky.

Deputies say a white male walked into the store and asked for several cartons of cigarettes just before showing the clerk a small handgun and asking for money. The suspect then left the store on foot.

The suspect is described as a white male in his late teens to early 20s and is 5’10” to 6' tall with a slender build.

He has short dark hair, but no facial hair. The suspect was wearing a long sleeve green button up shirt, dark colored, below the knee shorts, dark shoes and a tan baseball cap.

Anyone with information leading to an arrest and or conviction may be eligible for a reward up to $1,000.
