Sikeston man accused of home, church burglary

MINER, MO (KFVS) -

Police say a Sikeston man is facing charges after a home and church burglary in Miner.

According to Miner Police Chief Chris Griggs, early Thursday morning, officers from the Miner Police Department investigated two burglaries.

Griggs says one of the burglaries was at a home on H Highway in Miner, and the other was at the Miner Baptist Church.

Chad Ryan Henley, 27, of Sikeston was charged with burglary first degree, burglary second degree, theft and stealing.

Griggs says officers were able to recover the stolen property that was taken from the burglaries.

Henely was taken to the Miner Police Department on a $1000 cash only bond.
