CLEVELAND, OH (WOIO) -

Many viewers had questions for 19 Action News Reporter Ed Gallek after seeing Gina DeJesus, a hostage held for years asking for privacy—suddenly on a candidate's Facebook page.

It's one of the few times that we've seen Gina since she's been freed from the home of sexual predator Ariel Castro.

Gina is pictured in a campaign shirt, standing with Cleveland Council candidate Janet Garcia.

This picture and others from Garcia's Facebook page show Gina with large groups including relatives.

Gina's family has asked for privacy so we're wondering if the candidate has the family's blessing to post the photos.

We left messages for Janet Garcia and received a message telling us to please stop calling on these issues. I'm not interested.

We were not able to make contact with the member of Gina's family we called.

New federal regulations have changed what many kids who attend public schools eat for lunch at school. However, some area private schools don't have to follow those rules and have come up with their own new school lunch program.
