SIKESTON, MO (KFVS) -

A deposit bag full of cash was allegedly ripped from the hands of a store clerk in Sikeston.

According to DPS, it happened at break-time convenience store at the corner of North Main and Tanner Streets around 9:20 a.m. on Saturday.

Police say the suspect struggled with a woman working there, and took the bag by force.

According to Capt. James McMillen, the owner of the truck in the surveillance picture came forward. DPS learned that this person was a witness and investigators were able to verify the correct suspect vehicle.

The correct suspect vehicle is a 2002-2005 Chevrolet Malibu, white with tinted windows.

If you have any information on the robbery, you're asked to call Sikeston DPS.
