Murphysboro police investigate armed robbery

MURPHYSBORO, IL (KFVS) - Murphysboro police are investiating an armed robbery at Mills Storage.

Police say around 2 p.m. the victim said two people came into his office in the 1600 block of Pine and robbed him at gunpoint.

The two fled on foot with an undetermined amount of cash.

Witnesses say the two fled in a silver car with dark colored windows.

Anyone with information is asked to call police at 618-684-2121.
