    The search is over for couple from an Eldorado, Illinois. According to the Missouri Highway Patrol, it is now not being considered a kidnapping and the couple are facing charges.

CAPE GIRARDEAU COUNTY, MO (KFVS) -

The Veterans Day Avenue of Flags is flying in full glory, but more volunteers are needed to break down the 450-flag display.

Volunteers converged on the park at 7 a.m. Monday to raise the flags in honor of local veterans. Each of the flags stands in place of a deceased Cape Girardeau County veteran of a foreign war or conflict.

The flags will fly along Memorial Drive until 4 p.m. when another round of volunteers will lower the flags and put them back into storage for safe keeping.

Organizers say it takes only one volunteer to raise the flags, but three people to lower them and roll them back up. Since the flag cannot touch the ground organizers say more volunteers are desperately needed in the afternoon.
