CAPE GIRARDEAU, MO (KFVS) -

Cape Girardeau police are investigating after a dump truck rammed a vehicle at a gas station.

It happened Nov. 12 at Bi-State Southern, one of the gas stations by the Bill Emerson Memorial Bridge.

Cape Girardeau police released surveillance video from the business.

Someone in a dump truck rammed someone else's vehicle.

Sergeant Jason Selzer says the driver seems to be upset because the car was parked right in front of his vehicle.

Police are in contact with an older man who is from the area and works for a local company.

Officer Darrin Hickey says prosecutors are reviewing the information.
