(RNN) - Alabama plays Georgia State in the second round of the NIT Season Tipoff on Tuesday at 7 p.m. CT.

The Crimson Tide hammered Division II Stillman and GSU beat McNeese State 96-70 in Monday's first round.

The winner will advance to Madison Square Garden next week to play in the semifinal round as the South Region Champion.

GSU, the favorite to win the Sun Belt Conference, hit 10-of-19 threes in the 96=70 win over McNeese and improved to 2-1 on the year. Devonta White and R.J. Hunter each had 18 points for the Panthers.

Bama put six players in double figures, led by Levi Randolph with 17. Overmatched Stillman committed 22 turnovers.

Stillman and McNeese will play at 4:30 p.m. CT at Coleman Coliseum.
