Rantankerous [ran-tank'uhr-us] (adjective) - A combination of rant [to speak in a wild or extravagant manner] and cantankerous [contentious, disagreeable]. The word is a creation of the Raycom Digital Hub staff and the only suitable description for the epic arguments between Brian "What We Learned" Tynes and George "Hot Reads" Jones, which until now have never been recorded.

(RNN) - The Iron Bowl is shaping up as one of the greatest games in the history of the series - and possibly in the sport, period - but Brian takes the opportunity to mention that other materials would make a better bowl.

They might want to start by allowing somewhere south of 1,000 passing yards to Texas A&M.

Also this week: Should the NFL change its rules to prevent ties?

Include arguments of your own in the comments section below.

Don't worry. We'll be a lot nicer to the players in the SEC than the Emmy voters were to Netflix. We kind of have to - it's highly unlikely an actor could power clean the equivalent of a human being.
