TUCSON, AZ (Tucson News Now) -

Pima County Sheriff's officials are searching for two suspects who allegedly assaulted an officer during an attempted beer skip.

Authorities said two suspects tried to take beer from the Walmart store in the 2800 block of W. Valencia Road on Nov. 16, and allegedly assaulted the loss prevention officer when he tried to stop them.

Police said the officer was knocked to the ground and hit his head. His condition is unknown.

The suspects left without taking the beer, according to police.

Police described the suspects as Hispanic, around 6'3" tall and have thin builds.

Anyone with information is asked to call 911 or 88-CRIME.
