A little girl from Alabama found herself the unexpected center of attention Wednesday while visiting the White House.

Ashtyn Gardner, 2, was enjoying the decorations while President Obama's two dogs, Bo and his little sister Sunny, mingled with a group of children.

Sunny got a bit excited with all the people around her and accidentally knocked the girl to the ground.

Gardner, who is from Mobile, didn't seem that upset when she was knocked down. She even got a hug from first lady Michelle Obama and a kiss from Sunny!

The little girl was on-hand with family as Mrs. Obama hosted military families for the first viewing of the Christmas decorations and showed off holiday crafts to military children.

This year, the towering Blue Room Christmas tree is dedicated to U.S. military members and their families. It's decorated with photos of homecomings.

Mrs. Obama said she wants people to never forget the debt they owe to America's heroes in uniform. "Let us all remember the sacrifices they make to proudly serve all of us."
