CHAPEL HILL, NC (RNN) – Despite four players scoring in double digits, the No. 11 Kentucky Wildcats was defeated by the No. 18 North Carolina Tar Heels 82-77 on Saturday.

The Wildcats shot out to an early 19-16 lead, but were quickly caught by James Michael McAdoo and UNC. Kentucky trailed going into the second half and took a small lead, but the Tar Heels did not let up, leading by as many as seven points in the second frame.

All of Kentucky's losses have been against AP Top 25 teams: Michigan State on Nov. 12, Baylor on Dec. 6 and UNC on Saturday.

UK's leading scorer was guard Aaron Harrison with 20 points, followed by guard Andrew Harrison with 17 points and seven assists.

The Wildcats shot a disappointing 40 percent from the floor, and were four-of-12 from 3-point range.

Kentucky's next game will be at home against the Belmont Bruins on Saturday, Dec. 21.
