Road crews on both sides of the state line spent the night clearing the roads for safe travel on Sunday. The main highways and interstates appear to be cleared for the most part with isolated slick spots.

A layer of ice from freezing rain and sleet followed by Saturday night's snow did cause a few accidents in the area.

Cloudy skies and cold temperatures can be expected throughout the day with highs in the low 20s. Winds will be out of the northwest 5-15 mph.

Temperatures will fall into the single digits by Monday morning, as a chilly start to the work week is expected with highs only in the teens Monday afternoon.
