SPARTANBURG, SC (FOX Carolina) -

Police in Spartanburg are searching for two men who robbed a barber shop at gunpoint while four young children were inside.

Officers said two men wearing masks walked into the Southside Barber Shop on Union Street just after 6 p.m. Saturday and demanded that the two barbers working inside hand over their wallets.

The victims told police one man was wearing a Spiderman mask and dark clothes. The other was wearing a camouflage jacket, dark overall and a ski mask.

One of the barbers said he was cutting a 2-year-old child's hair when the robbers entered. Police said the child's mother was inside the barber shop along with a 4-year-old and twin 4-month-old children.

The mother told police the suspects told her to keep the kids quiet before running out of the barber shop.
