A man charged in connection to an armed robbery in Evansville back in October accepts a plea deal.

Officials say Shun Webster Jr. pleaded guilty to Theft, a Class D Felony.

Webster and another man, Bryan Lewis, were charged with robbing a man on October 4th of last year after he gave them a ride.

As part of the plea deal, the charge of Armed Robbery with a Firearm against Webster was dropped.

According to a police affidavit, Webster took the victim's money and ran. It says Lewis was the one with the gun.
