Georgia can establish itself as a top-tier beast if it gets by South Carolina this weekend - and USC would drop to 0-2 in the league with a loss. Tennessee travels to Oklahoma, where Coach Bob Stoops doesn't believe the SEC is all-powerful.

LEXINGTON, KY (RNN) - The Arkansas Razorbacks went into Rupp Arena and pulled off a season sweep of the No. 17-ranked Kentucky Wildcats, winning 71-67 in overtime Thursday night.

It is the second loss to Arkansas - in overtime - Kentucky has suffered this season. The first loss came in Fayetteville, AR, in an 87-85 game on Jan. 14. The Razorbacks are 2-2 this season in games that went into overtime.

The Wildcats (21-7, 11-4 SEC) lost an early first half lead after an Alandise Harris layup sent the Razorbacks on a roll. Arkansas led Kentucky by seven points at halftime and controlled things early in the second half, until a Julius Randle's free throw tied the game at 52-52. Kentucky gained momentum with a Willie Cauley-Stein dunk, taking its first lead since 12:35 in the first half.

But Kentucky's lead was short-lived with Arkansas storming back to tie things up at 60-60 with two Rashad Madden free throws. The Wildcats did not lead during overtime despite a big 3-point jump shot by James Young to bring the game within two points with 33 seconds left.

Guard Michael Qualls was the leading scorer for the Razorbacks with 14 points. Arkansas was a perfect 16 of 16 from the foul line, but shot only 41.4 percent from the floor and 36.8 percent from downtown.

Cauley-Stein was the Wildcats' leading scorer with 16 points off the bench. Kentucky shot a mere 27.3 percent from downtown, 34.2 percent from the floor and made 54.5 percent of its foul shots.

Next up: Kentucky will travel to Columbia, SC, to face the South Carolina Gamecocks Saturday for a 6 p.m. ET tipoff; Arkansas will host the Georgia Bulldogs Saturday at 4:30 p.m.
