Amber Alert for missing VA boy canceled, boy found safe

LEBANON, VA (WWBT) -

The search for an 11-year-old boy missing from Lebanon, VA, is over after police safely recovered him Friday morning in Southwest Virginia.

Lucas Ezra Silas Guinn and his suspected abductor, Jimmy Guinn, were located in Bristol, VA. The Russell County Sheriff's Office took Jimmy Guinn into custody without incident.

Jimmy Guinn is being held at the Southwest Virginia Regional Jail in Abingdon, VA, without bond. He is charged with one felony count of child abuse and one felony count of child abduction. 

The sheriff's office thanks everyone who helped share the Amber Alert and the many tips they received to track down the suspect.
