Gas leak causes anxious moments at Bridgetown subdivision

RANKIN COUNTY, MS (Mississippi News Now) -

A gas leak at the Bridgetown subdivision, off Hugh Ward Boulevard in Rankin County, has been repaired. No one was evacuated, but the Rankin County Sheriff's department closed the entrance and wouldn't allow anyone  in.

Gas was leaking from a pop off relief valve, but Atmos Gas has repaired the problem. Traffic is now able to come and go from the subdivision.
