On Monday, Tiffini Martin of Jackson was charged with aggravated DUI for her role in a fatal wreck over the weekend.

The wreck happened just after 2:30 a.m. Sunday at the intersection of TV Road and Highway 18.

Police said 33-year-old Martin, who was not injured, was driving an F-150 truck and struck a Toyota 4Runner.

Joshua Clinton Hardin, 21, who was a passenger of the 4Runner, died at the scene according to Hinds County Coroner Sharon Grisham-Stewart.

Stewart said Hardin died of blunt force trauma after being ejected from the vehicle.

The 4Runner was occupied by four people. Hardin and a 22-year-old male passenger were in the back of the 4Runner and both were ejected from the SUV.

JPD Officer Colendula Green said the 22-year-old's injuries were serious.

Green also said the other two people in the 4Runner were not injured.
