MILLER COUNTY, AR (KSLA) -

KSLA News 12 has obtained exclusive dash cam video of a high speed chase taken from a Miller County, Arkansas deputy's car.

The driver leads deputies on a car chase into Texarkana, Texas Monday night.

Deputies say around 10:30 p.m. they attempted to make a traffic stop but the driver sped off nearly hitting them. Deputies say the car chase ended on Woodbury Street in Texarkana after they put out spikes busting the car's two front tires.

Deputies say the driver ran into the woods when the car stopped and they haven't been able to find him. Deputies did say they do have a good idea of who the driver is.

No word on what charges he'll face or why he ran from deputies.

We'll keep you updated on air and online.
