Today's Most: Arizona man arrested for trying to arrange sex with a horse

TUCSON, AZ (Tucson News Now) -

TODAY'S MOST...Unsettling and Upsetting Arrest: A 22-year-old man in Phoenix was arrested after trying to arrange to have sex with a horse.

Maricopa County Sheriff's deputies say Donald Waelde went on Craigslist and posted an ad asking for a horse. The ad said, "I want to play with a horse. Simple as that. If you have a horse and I can have access to it... I will do something in return."

An animal lover saw the ad, and reached out to the Maricopa County Sheriff's Department. Then, the department says detectives arranged to meet Waelde, brought along a mounted horse as a decoy, and arrested the man. Waelde admitted the reason he wanted the horse, and now faces bestiality charges.

More stunning, is the sheriff says this is the fourth time since 2011 they made an arrest like this. In all cases, suspects used Craigslist to try to find an animal for sex.
