It’s a heavily debated issue that will come to a vote on the August ballot. It’s called "Right to Farm" or Amendment 1.Many farmers say it would protect them from too much government regulation, but other locals say it would keep the government from protecting the environment.

DECATURVILLE, TN (WSMV) -

A second suspect was indicted Tuesday in the 2011 disappearance of nursing student Holly Bobo.

A special grand jury met Tuesday in Decatur County and returned indictments of especially aggravated kidnapping and first-degree felony murder against 39-year-old Jason Wayne Autry.

Autry is currently imprisoned at Riverbend State Penitentiary on an unrelated assault charge, and he is due for an arraignment Wednesday at 1 p.m.

Autry was accused of using a gun in his latest aggravated assault. Because of this, the ATF is also involved in the investigation.

Bobo was 20 years old when she disappeared outside her Darden, TN, home on April 13, 2011, as her brother saw her being led away from the home between 7:30 and 8 a.m.

The investigation picked up steam in February 2014 when agents from the TBI and FBI searched several locations in Decatur and surrounding counties, including the home and property of Zachary Adams in Holladay, TN, about 15 miles from the Bobo residence.

Adams was charged in March with especially aggravated kidnapping and first-degree felony murder. He faces an additional charge of coercion of a witness.

Adams appeared in court on Tuesday for the coercion charge.

Mark Gwyn, director of the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation, said Adams and Autry are longtime friends.

Gwyn said the case remains active, and Bobo's body has not been found.

"It's important for a lot of reasons, but especially for the Bobo family to know where their daughter's body is. They deserve some closure," Gwyn said.

It was revealed in court on Tuesday that Adams' brother told investigators he saw Bobo alive in Adams' home after she disappeared. Adams' brother plans on testifying against him during trial.

"It all weighs very heavy on the family. I had no idea what victim families went through until we had this experience in this community with the Bobo family," said the Rev. Don Franks, the Bobos' pastor.

Adams is scheduled to be in court again on Wednesday.

Channel 4 News talked exclusively Tuesday with Autry's mother-in-law, Patsy Chumney, who says the TBI interviewed Autry's wife several times and that the family had no idea he was about to be charged.

Chumney said Autry had gotten involved with drugs, but before that, she calls him a good man.

"He was just a good person. He wanted to help with everything. My husband had hogs, and he wanted to learn about them and everything, you know. He was just a good person," Chumney said.

Gwyn said anyone who had anything to do with Bobo's disappearance will be brought to justice, and he encouraged those who have information to contact the TBI hotline at 1-800-TBI-FIND.
