DECATURVILLE, TN (WSMV) -

The two men charged in connection to the 2011 disappearance of nursing student Holly Bobo both appeared in Decatur County court on Wednesday afternoon.

Zachary Adams and Jason Autry have each been charged with especially aggravated kidnapping and first-degree felony murder.

Adams was also charged with coercion of a witness, to which he pleaded not guilty Wednesday.

Autry, who is currently incarcerated on an unrelated assault charge, was making his first appearance in the Bobo case and told the judge he was falsely accused.

"My right hand to God, I'm innocent," Autry said.

Autry also complained that his handcuffs were too tight and were making his hands numb and purple.

Bobo was 20 years old when she disappeared outside her Darden, TN, home on April 13, 2011, as her brother saw her being led away from the home between 7:30 a.m. and 8 a.m.

The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation continues its work on the case, and TBI Director Mark Gwyn said Tuesday in announcing charges against Autry that while Bobo's body has not been found, investigators have collected physical evidence.

Gwyn said investigators also have sworn statements for people who saw Bobo alive with Adams and Autry after she was allegedly kidnapped.

Autry, who does not yet have legal counsel, is due to appear for a status hearing in early June.

New federal regulations have changed what many kids who attend public schools eat for lunch at school. However, some area private schools don't have to follow those rules and have come up with their own new school lunch program.
