Troopers are looking for a SUV they said hit a motorcyclist then left the scene of the crash on Thursday.

The Highway Patrol said that at about 9 p.m., a SUV that passed several cars rear-ended a motorcycle along Highway 130.

The motorcycle was then shoved into a third car stopped at the intersection at Pickens Highway. The rider was flown to Greenville Memorial Hospital with injuries, troopers said.

Troopers said the unknown driver of a tan or white 2002-2003 Ford Explorer or Escape should have damage to the right front with possible damage down the right side.

The driver of the stopped car that was hit was not injured. Further information on the motorcycle rider's condition was not released.

The Highway Patrol is investigating the crash and anyone with information should contact them at 864-241-1000, 800-768-1503 or Crime Stoppers at 888-CRIME-SC.
