(FORO TV/CNN) – In Mexico, a man who once claimed the Guinness World Record title as the heaviest man alive has died.

At his heaviest, Manuel Uribe Garza weighted more than 1,300 pounds.

He managed to lose more than 400 pounds, but doctors say it wasn't enough to reverse the damage done to his health.
