DAYTONA BEACH, FL (WKMG/CBS) - After rummaging through trash, a bear chilled out in a backyard hammock.

Rafael Torres was taking out his garbage and noticed something had gone through the trash.

Neighbors told him the bear had stopped by, so Torres grabbed his camera and found the bear climbing into neighbor Vincent James' hammock to relax.

"He was just laying like this, stayed in that hammock 15 to 20 minutes, easily," Torres said.

Fish and wildlife officials said they wouldn't do anything since the bear wasn't threatening anyone.

James, meanwhile, has taken down the hammock.
