(KGO/CNN) – A Los Angeles probate court said Wednesday it will hold a July trial on Shelly Sterling's negotiated sale of the L.A. Clippers for $2 BILLION.

Shelly Sterling's attorney says three physicians say her estranged husband, is mentally incapacitated.

Donald Sterling, the team's other co-owner, doesn't want to sell the team as the NBA demands him to.

His attorney says they will fight it in court.
