    Twitter is trying to block the spread of gruesome images of the beheading of journalist James Foley by Islamic State militants, while a movement to deny his killers the publicity they crave is also gaining momentum.
    The extremists of the Islamic State group have turned their social media into a theater of horror, broadcasting a stomach-turning stream of battles, bombings and beheadings to a global audience.

MAINZ, GERMANY (RNN) – An American exchange student was caught in a compromising and unfortunate position when he became stuck in a large vagina sculpture.

The 20-year-old unnamed student was trapped in the statue called Pi Chacan, or "Making Love," outside of Tubingen University's Institute for Microbiology and Virology in Tubingen, Germany.

The statue, created by Peruvian artist Fernando de la Jara, has stood out front of the building since 2001 and is worth $200,000, according to NBC News. Made up of 32 tons of marble, it is supposed to represent "the gateway to the world."

Since being displayed, the artwork has garnered more crowds of childish gawkers than true art admirers.

Initial calls to authorities reported, "A person is trapped in a stone-vulva," according to German newspaper The Sueddeutsche.

More than 20 firefighters removed the unharmed, but with a bruised ego student from the sculpture. Fire department leader Markus Mozer told NBC news the trouble started as "a dare" and "The young man had tried to pose for an usual photo and climbed into the artwork."

The mayor of Tubingen, Boris Palmer, told the Sueddeutsche that he couldn't envision why an incident like this would occur, "even taking into account the maximum adolescent fantasies."

His friend Erick Guzman uploaded the photos on Imgur, saying "I was there!!! He just wanted to take a funny picture…the fire department was not really amused, and he was really embarrassed. But now happy that he is 1st on Reddit!"
