(CNN) - The suspect in the deadly assault on the U.S. mission in Benghazi will be back in Washington, D.C. federal court Tuesday.
A status hearing is set for Ahmed Abu Khatallah.
He's the suspected ringleader of the attacks.
Khatallah was seized in June in Benghazi during a raid by the U.S.
U.S. Ambassador J. Christopher Stevens and three other Americans were killed in the 2012 attacks.
