(CNN) – The first trial in the Boston Marathon bombings is expected to go to the jury this week.
On the last day of testimony, the Massachusetts Attorney General’s office released video on Monday, saying it shows Azamat Tazhayakov walking down a hallway with accused Boston Marathon bomber Dzhokhar Tsarnaev.
The FBI says the video shows the two going to the gym together the morning after the bombings.
Tazhayakov is accused of destroying evidence of the bombing found in Tsarnaev’s dorm room.
Closing arguments in his trial are expected on Wednesday.
