(CNN) – Donald Sterling has filed a new civil lawsuit in superior court.

This one is against his wife Shelly Sterling, the L.A. Clippers, NBA Commissioner Adam Silver and the NBA.

The lawsuit argues that since the Sterling family trust was revoked, the L.A. Clippers revert back to Donald Sterling’s sole ownership. It states that Sterling’s wife has no power or right to sell the team.

Donald Sterling says the potential sale of the Clippers is “unlawful” and “fraudulent.”

Shelly Sterling negotiated a $2 billion sale with ex-Microsoft CEO Steve Ballmer. It came after the NBA ordered the Sterlings to sell the basketball franchise after Donald Sterling was heard making racial slurs against African Americans in an audio recording.

Sterling has two other related legal cases currently in progress.
