Trailer stolen from Poplar Bluff man

POPLAR BLUFF, MO (KFVS) -

A Poplar Bluff man said someone stole his trailer. It may not seem not much, but he said that trailer gives him mobility.

Lee Young is blind and wheelchair bound. The trailer is how he transports his hover-round to get to places.

The Poplar Bluff Police Department said the trailer will be hard to track down because all someone has to do is remove the VIN sticker.

Young plans on contacting his representative in order to change the laws on trailers. He doesn't want anyone to have the same problem he does now.

"I mean it was everything for the mobility," Young said. "I was completely devastated and felt as if my whole world had be closed in around me."

If you have information on Young's trailer, Poplar Bluff Police Department would like to hear from you.
