Malden police along with the SEMO Drug Task Force and the Missouri State Highway Patrol executed a search warrant at 212 South Marion on Wednesday, August 6.

During the search, officers found an undisclosed amount of methamphetamine and several pieces of paraphernalia that police say are used in the consumption of a controlled substance.

Officers also discovered three children inside the home, ranging in age between two months and two years of age.

Timothy J. Newsom was charged with possession of controlled substance and endangering the welfare of a child.

Jonathon Newsom and Aaron Elizabeth Muse were both charged with three counts of endangering the welfare of a child.

All three were taken to the Dunklin County Jail with bond set at $50,000 cash-only.
