FERGUSON, MO (KPLR/KTVI/CNN/RNN) - More protests were underway Wednesday in a St. Louis suburb where a police officer shot and killed a black teenager.

On Wednesday, among those arrested included two journalists at the nearby McDonald's, including a reporter from the Washington Post, and a news crew from Al Jazeera America was tear-gassed by police.

Witnesses say 18-year-old Michael Brown was unarmed and his hands were in the air when a so-far unnamed police officer shot him.

Police said Brown attacked the officer and tried to take his gun.

Over the weekend, unrest over the shooting turned into a violent demonstration, involving looting and vandalism. Police have since asked protesters to restrict their gatherings to daylight hours.
