TUCSON, AZ (Tucson News Now) - Police have identified the victim of a homicide that happened on Tucson's south side Sunday night.

Tucson Police Department spokesman, Sgt. Pete Dugan said police found Chandler Booker, 42, suffering from obvious gunshot trauma outside a home in the 1900 block of South St. David Drive.

Police said there were several 911 calls about multiple gunshots in the area just before 9 p.m.

Booker was immediately taken to the hospital where he later died.

Dugan said this homicide appears to be gang related and not a random act.

Anyone with information about this incident is asked to please call 911 or 88-CRIME.
