(WOIO) -

Cleveland's CBS affiliate WOIO has signed Cleveland Browns legend Bernie Kosar for its Serpentini Tailgate 19 pregame show.

A round table of revolving talent will offer perspectives throughout the season will include former Browns players Bernie Kosar, Bob Golic, Hanford Dixon and Joe Jurevicius; current Browns player Billy Winn; and radio commentators Michael Reghi and Chuck Booms.

WOIO Sports Anchor Tony Zarrella will serve as the host.

Kosar, a native of Youngstown, became a Cleveland icon almost as soon as he was drafted by the Browns in 1985. Taking over the starting position midway through his rookie season, Kosar quickly cemented himself as one of the National Football League's top signal-callers.

Kosar led the Browns to the AFC Championship three times during his career and was named to the 1987 Pro Bowl. He also set the NFL record for consecutive pass attempts without an interception (308).

The Serpentini Tailgate 19 pregame show airs every Sunday during football season at 11 a.m.
