The McCracken County Sheriff's Department said a couple was arrested on Tuesday, Sept. 2 for alleged drug trafficking.

Boyce and Teresa West were arrested on an outstanding warrant for two counts of trafficking in a second degree controlled substance, hydrocodone, and one count of trafficking in a second degree controlled substance, vyvanse.

Deputies say the arrests stem from an investigation during July through August where controlled substances were allegedly bought from the couple.
