Killshot Movie Update
By: Heartland News

We may finally know what'll become of the movie Killshot.

Filming began in Cape Girardeau in January 2006.  It was supposed to be blockbuster film starring Diane Lane, Mickey Rourke and several others.

The production company released an official preview.  But the movie itself never came out, and the filmmakers never said why.

Now one of the stars of Killshot may have given us an idea.

Killshot might not be coming to the big screen.

An interview was recently posted online with Thomas Jane, one of the actors in the movie.

"I did a movie called Killshot. That looks like it's going straight to DVD. It didn't turn out so hot I guess," Jane said.

Jane didn't mention when the movie might be out on DVD.

The film's production company, Film Colony, in Los Angeles had no update on the film.

Heartland News also tried to contact the representative for the movie, but did not get a response.

Here's the link to the interview.  Click on the pink play button.  The Killshot mention is about 15 minutes into the interview.
