Watch for YourTurn normally scheduled to air at the end of Heartland News at Noon on Mondays and Fridays, at the end of Heartland News at 10:00 on Saturday nights, and following The Breakfast Show on Sunday mornings.
J.A. Mullins from Cape Girardeau:
"As a motorcycle rider I see inexperienced riders do things that make me cringe. I hope and pray for their safety....a scooter is no match against a loaded dump truck. Keep up the good work, Mike Smythe, and remember that if you don't ruffle a few feathers you probably aren't doing your job effectively."
Ben Eubanks from DuQuoin, Illinois:
"I read that the State of Illinois is selling our driver's license information to insurance companies (of all people). Do our state officials not think that this information can and will be used against its citizens? I think we have seen how honest the insurance companies are in the race to see how much they can hold down payments to their policy holders after (Hurricane) Katrina. The smell from Springfield, Illinois multiplies!"
Robert McBride from Essex, Missouri:
"Life would be easier for hardworking people in the Heartland if they didn't have to choose whether to put gas in this week and hope we can get another job to buy food. (We need) one more job just to pay the bills. Keep your faith and everything will be fine."
Sherry Hooe from Cape Girardeau:
"(Swingtown) was no worse that the soap operas that are on that all housewives watch faithfully. Let's not forget about ‘Dallas', ‘Knot's Landing' and many others.
